Lithia Springs Marina wanted to increase brand awareness by highlighting the full experience at Lake Shelbyville, from on‑water recreation to on‑site amenities.
Constraints & Timing
Severe weather rolled through shortly before filming. We had to adapt in real time, shifting the shoot to focus on interior scenes while waiting for clear conditions.
Our Approach
Produced in collaboration with Systemax, we adjusted our plan on the fly. Interior footage of the marina’s shop and lounge was captured first, including interactions between staff and guests. When the weather allowed, we moved outside to film boat rentals, groups enjoying the lake and aerial views of the marina. This flexibility ensured that we captured a complete story despite changing conditions.
Outcome
The final brand video captures both the atmosphere and energy of the marina. It transports viewers from the comfort of the interior to the excitement of the water, showcasing the range of services and experiences available despite unpredictable weather and tight timing.
