The Goal

Reynolds Consumer Products needed a recruiting-focused video to support open factory roles at its Jacksonville, Illinois facility. The goal was to give potential applicants a clear sense of the work environment and day-to-day production, using straightforward visuals and messaging designed to build trust.

Constraints & Timing

Filming took place during live operations with strict safety requirements and limited access windows. Because the plant needed to keep moving, coverage had to be captured efficiently around shift flow, noise levels and restricted areas, without interrupting production.

Our Approach

Produced in collaboration with Systemax, we built the spot around b-roll captured throughout the facility, pairing factory visuals with music and concise text and voiceover for clarity. With no interviews, the edit relies on process, people at work and the physical environment to communicate what the job feels like. The film ends with a title graphic that highlights current openings and starting pay.

Outcome

The final recruiting video provides an honest snapshot of the Jacksonville facility and the roles available. It reduces uncertainty for applicants and gives Reynolds a clear asset for ongoing hiring across CTV and digital placements.
