Information we collect
When you submit a consultation form, we collect the contact and project information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, budget range, timeline, and limited referral or campaign information connected to that inquiry. If an advertising platform added a click identifier to the consultation-page address, that identifier may be included with the form you intentionally submit.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, recommend an appropriate production approach, manage follow-up, maintain business records, and understand which marketing efforts lead to useful conversations. Campaign information is not collected from passive browsing and is not sent to an advertising or analytics provider from the page.
Services that process information
Website submissions are processed through Netlify, recorded in HubSpot for contact management, and sent through Resend as an internal notification. Public pages do not currently load analytics or advertising providers. Embedded videos do not contact YouTube until you select Play. When you do, the player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and Google may process device, network, and viewing information under its own privacy terms.
Storage, access, and retention
Access to consultation submissions is limited to authorized 55 North operators and the service providers needed to process the inquiry. Restricted advertising click identifiers are marked for deletion no later than 90 days after submission. CRM, email, and business records may be kept longer when needed to manage an inquiry, client relationship, security issue, or recordkeeping responsibility.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information connected to a website inquiry, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business, security, or recordkeeping purposes. We honor an active Global Privacy Control signal by discarding advertising click identifiers rather than retaining them with the inquiry. Contact hello@55northcreativehouse.com.
