Information we collect
When you submit a consultation form, we collect the contact and project information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, budget range, timeline, and referral or campaign information connected to your visit.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, recommend an appropriate production approach, manage follow-up, maintain business records, improve the website, and understand which marketing efforts lead to useful conversations.
Services that process information
Website submissions are processed through Netlify, recorded in HubSpot for contact management, and sent through Resend as an internal notification. Analytics and advertising services may receive page, campaign, and conversion event information. Raw form email addresses and phone numbers are not included in website analytics events.
Storage, access, and retention
Access to consultation submissions is limited to authorized 55 North operators and the service providers needed to process the inquiry. Intake queue records are marked for review 90 days after submission. CRM, email, and business records may be kept longer when needed to manage an inquiry, client relationship, security issue, or recordkeeping responsibility.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information connected to a website inquiry, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Contact hello@55northcreativehouse.com.
